Manhunt was set up as a proprietary concern in 1997 by Manoj Samtani, an IT professional with extensive experience in handling teams with a range of skills and cultural backgrounds. With such an experience, it was natural for us to venture into sourcing IT Professionals to the US, Europe, Asia Pacific and other emerging Asian nations like Korea.

Manhunt follows an integrated system where we manage Clients, Candidates and Resources seamlessly. We strive to respond to each client with a unique solution. A majority (60 percent) of our team is engaged in sourcing qualified talent. But we have also dedicated more than 30 percent of our in-house personnel in mission critical activities like data mining. This ensures that our systems are up-to-date with information about the movements in the corporate world and the hiring trends in the various industries we cater to. The remainder of our team, around 10 percent, is dedicated to administrative work and tackling operational issues. This helps ensure that all our clients receive the best possible service experience from Manhunt.
