Manhunt Enterprises
started as a Proprietary concern in 1997, by Manoj Samtani.
Manhunt started out with sourcing IT Professionals to US,
Singapore, Korea and then gradually diversified to Domestic
recruitments in the IT band.

Growth
In the past few years since inception, our employee base
has grown by 20% we have nearly tripled
our database. This rapid growth has been made possible due
to the confidence of our clients
and our efforts to maintain high levels of service.
Placements
Manhunt Enterprises is a placement firm involved in recruiting
professionals in the IT domain. In the few years
since its existence, Manhunt has come to be associated with
delivering quality service, consistently. The credit for
such a distinction goes to Manhunt’s underlining values
and ethics that appreciate clients and candidates, equally.
We have carried out more than 500
placements mainly in the Web, Legacy Systems
and Testing lines of work, amongst others.

Out of the total number of employees, 60% comprises of the
Sourcing team, 30% Data Mining Team and about 10% is into
Administration.

As a recruitment agency catering primarily to the
IT sector, we feel the need to constantly update our awareness
of current trends in this field. We believe in expanding
our knowledge base by being well read. Via discussions,
we share our understanding across the team.
A participative workforce
Our’s is a co-operative and dynamic staff.
Occasionally, even the proprietor is involved in Front-end
and Back-end operations, especially in case of staffing
senior managerial level personnel.
Open-door policy
The proprietor is a proponent of an open door policy and
encourages the Manhunt staff to communicate any concern
without hesitation.
As Manoj Samtani (Proprietor) would say, “Should there
be any holdups, let me know. We’ll find a way out”.

Manhunt Enterprises has been perceptive in spotting avenues
to strengthen ties with client and uphold candidates’

Currently, our partnerships go as far as short listing and
interviewing candidates, arranging interviews for clients
across cities etc. This was seen not only as an opportunity
to learn more, but also as a chance to bond with our clients
and enhance their invaluable confidence in our capabilities.
Manhunt has a tie-up with IT professionals on a part-time
basis to conduct technical interviews when required.
Senior Professionals
Manhunt also extends its customized solutions to this special
stratum of job seekers. Although Manhunt proposes to have
something in store for everyone in the IT domain, it also
realizes the call for paying special attention to senior
professionals. Manhunt acknowledges that their expectations
and motivations to have been evolved over time resulting
